About the role
This role involves hands-on photolithography work in a clean room environment, utilizing equipment and chemicals for semiconductor process flows.
What you'll do
- Perform photolithography, cleaning, etching, plating, and patterning substrates using manual and semi-automated processes.
- Work with various photo-resist and chemicals, perform developing and plating processes, and utilize etching processes.
- Operate pattern aligners and measurement tools such as x-ray, alpha-step, beta scope, and microscopes.
- Assist in the development and execution of photolithography processes to meet customer specifications.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
What you'll need
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience in photolithography processes, with an emphasis on development and manufacturing.
- Proficiency in using equipment such as microscopes, calipers, Asher, X-Ray, Beta scope, Alpha step, and masking aligners.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, review critical criteria, and follow special instructions.
- Proficiency in data entry and proven working knowledge of computer usage.
- Experience in handling chemicals.
Nice to have
- Technical school or associate degree.
- Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices and other safety procedures.
- Prior experience working for an ISO 9000 certified company.
