About the role
Equipment Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The role supports photolithography coat, develop, and expose equipment.
What you'll do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fab equipment.
- Improve system performance to meet process requirements and eliminate repetitive tool breakdowns.
- Monitor and analyze tool data to recommend and implement improvements to maintenance procedures.
- Collaborate with engineers to design and execute equipment improvement projects.
- Communicate machine status verbally in daily pass-down meetings and provide written updates to technicians and engineers across shifts.
What you'll need
- Two-year associate technical degree in electrical, mechanical, or chemical engineering, or equivalent military electronics training.
- Strong mechanical and electronic troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Working knowledge of SPC in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to stand/walk up to 12 hours per shift, lift up to 50 lbs, and wear a respirator and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Willingness to work nights or days on a compressed workweek schedule.
Nice to have
- 5+ years of maintenance experience.
- Experience on photolithography toolsets: ASML PAS 5500, ASML 400XT, TEL ACT8, C&D 8800/P9000, OAI Expose, EVG Aligners, Karl Suss Coater, Teikoku Film Laminators, or Batch Develop Hoods.
