About the role
This role engages with key customers in China to secure design wins incorporating Rambus products and services while defining emerging customer technical needs for product positioning. Focus areas include memory interface and power products such as Registering Clock Driver (RCD), CKD, PMIC, SPD, and TS.
What you'll do
- Provide deep technical support to customers to meet technical requirements using Rambus products, specifically RCD, CKD, PMIC, SPD, and TS.
- Deliver customer design support, including schematic and PCB layout reviews.
- Engage directly with key accounts to secure design wins and identify new business opportunities.
- Contribute to revenue growth through direct and indirect technical engagement activities.
- Gather market moves and competitor activities to inform product strategy.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
- 10+ years of Registering Clock Driver (RCD) or power management IC (PMIC) experience.
- Experience delivering customer design support, including schematic and PCB layout review.
- Proficiency in oral and written English.
- Willingness to drive to local customers and work in the lab as needed.
Nice to have
- Experience with JEDEC memory standard specifications.
- Familiarity with Intel and/or AMD memory subsystem requirements and specifications.
