About the role
This role is responsible for driving the resolution and tracking of system orders, ensuring timely shipments, and maintaining sales order accuracy from receipt through closure.
What you'll do
- Manage system bookings and drive resolution of received orders.
- Analyze, review, and track the status of system orders for customers and Lam offices.
- Review system purchase order terms and conditions for completeness and accuracy.
- Identify and solve booking issues, proposing solutions to Sales Operation and Sales Regional Teams.
- Monitor discrepancies and work with the Proposal Response Team for resolution.
- Perform sales order maintenance, validating sales orders and monitoring PO or configuration changes.
What you'll need
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with a high level of accuracy and under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word.
- Fluent communication and writing in English language.
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 1-5 years' experience in sales or order management within an international company, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP and CRM.
