About the role
This role involves providing onsite and remote technical support for end-users across multiple offices, with a focus on IT operations and customer-focused service delivery.
What you'll do
- Provide onsite and remote end-user support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and workplace technologies.
- Install, configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Windows devices and peripherals.
- Support user onboarding, offboarding, device provisioning, and account administration.
- Provide remote operational support for regional and branch office locations.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Office applications.
- Manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, inventory, and disposal.
What you'll need
- Experience in IT Support, Site IT, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or Field Support roles.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and Windows platforms.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, Switching).
- Korean language proficiency with basic business-level English communication.
- Valid Korean Driver's License (Class 1 or Class 2).
- Must own and operate a personal vehicle.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting Microsoft Copilot or other AI productivity platforms.
- Experience conducting user training, adoption programs, and digital workplace initiatives.
- Experience with Windows Autopilot, Windows Hello for Business, and Windows 11 deployments.
- Experience supporting global enterprise environments.
- Military IT administration or infrastructure support experience.
- Relevant certifications such as Information Processing Engineer, Microsoft Certifications, ITIL, CompTIA Network+, or Security+.
