About the role
This role involves owning critical high volume manufacturing equipment and processes within NMSI-F11x.
What you'll do
- Own critical high volume manufacturing equipment and processes that enable rapid device miniaturization and mass production of integrated circuits.
- Conduct tests and measurements of operations to ensure control over critical dimensions and defectivity of the process line.
- Recommend and implement modifications for operating equipment to improve production efficiencies and optimize production output.
- Own execution of maintenance and repair activities for equipment and relevant module of components.
- Initiate and own continuous improvement of equipment and process for key performance indicators.
- Own development and optimization of excursion prevention systems for the equipment and process.
What you'll need
- Current module engineer on assignment in NMSI-F11x.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM field or related field.
- 6+ years of experience working in Litho on Install, qualification and sustaining Track toolset.
- Willingness to relocate to New Mexico.
Nice to have
- Experience in the semiconductor environment preferably in process analytical metrology and process development.
- Knowledge of statistics and experimental design.
- Understanding of semiconductor process flows and metrology assessment based on process requirements.
