About the role

As a Memory Design Engineer specializing in HBM, you will contribute to the design, optimization, and validation of memory, logic, and analog circuits. This role supports the development of advanced memory solutions through groundbreaking digital, analog, and mixed-signal circuitry.

What you'll do

  • Design, layout, and optimize memory, logic, and analog circuits for HBM products
  • Perform parasitic modeling, validation, reticle experiments, and support tape-out revisions
  • Complete layout processes including floor planning, placement, and routing
  • Conduct circuit verification using industry-standard modeling and simulation tools
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams (design, verification, process, product engineering) to ensure manufacturability and product success

What you'll need

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience using Generative AI for productivity
  • Experience designing and analyzing digital, analog, or mixed-signal circuits
  • Proficiency in parasitic modeling, verification, and simulation using industry-standard EDA tools
  • Experience with layout processes (floor planning, placement, routing)
  • Ability to interpret product requirements and specifications

Nice to have

  • Experience collaborating across build, verification, product engineering, test, assembly, probe, or process integration teams
  • Hands-on experience with reticle experiments or tape-out revision cycles
  • Experience working with CAD, modeling, and standards teams to improve design methodologies
  • Experience supporting semiconductor build activities, including circuit checking, device evaluation, and user documentation
