About the role
This role involves developing and optimizing interface circuits, data transfer circuits, memory arrays, page buffer and string drivers, analog circuits, and logic controllers for NAND Flash memory technologies.
What you'll do
- Design the base die of NAND flash.
- Perform circuit simulations using FINESIM, HSPICE, and VERILOG.
- Analyze and optimize timing, area, and power aspects in NAND flash builds.
- Support new NAND product opportunities through the design, layout, and optimization of memory, logic, and and analog circuits.
What you'll need
- Strong skills in analog and mixed-signal circuit design.
- Proven ability to innovate and solve problems in high-performance memory development.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the capacity to explain complex technical ideas clearly.
Nice to have
- In-depth familiarity with NAND Flash operation and different NAND Flash products.
- At least 5 years' experience in the memory industry with an MS degree or equivalent experience, or 10+ years with a BS degree (or equivalent).
- History of being a proactive and diligent teammate in collaborative environments.
- Ability to work well across design and verification teams to support technical alignment and execution.
