About the role
This role involves designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating chip architecture and Core circuit structures for feasibility study of high performance NAND flash. This includes new, most advanced 3-dimensional NAND memories.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, modify, and evaluate chip architecture.
- Design, develop, modify, and evaluate Core circuit structures.
- Conduct feasibility studies for high performance NAND flash.
- Evaluate circuits through HSPICE, PRIMESIM, and VERILOG simulations.
- Conduct silicon evaluation when silicon arrives.
What you'll need
- MS or BS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 5 or more years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge and/or experience in memory design (DRAM memory, NAND flash memory cell operation in particular).
- Strong device background.
- Experience with evaluating new process technologies for use in design.
