About the role
This role involves leading and guiding process engineers in setting up and developing Lithography processes, with a specific focus on Silicon Photonics and Power platforms.
What you'll do
- Set up processes according to technical requirements.
- Guide Lithography module UMD process engineers in developing Silicon Photonics and Power processes.
- Troubleshoot issues during process setup and ensure smooth new process qualifications.
- Work with the equipment team to improve process robustness.
- Collaborate with integration to improve process stability and process margin.
- Organize and provide training for engineers and AEs to transfer process knowledge.
What you'll need
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Science, Solid State Physics or other relevant engineering physical science discipline.
- 10+ years Lithography experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in Silicon Photonics.
