About the role
This role involves technical leadership and ownership for the design, qualification, and release of high-power modules, primarily SiC power modules.
What you'll do
- Lead initiatives to define platform architecture for high-power modules.
- Develop, qualify, and release SiC power modules and other power solutions.
- Implement feasible designs, assess technical risk, and make sound engineering judgments.
- Lead cross-functional teams to formulate working designs and drive new product development.
- Partner with engineering teams to drive product level DFQM, DFMEA, and PFMEA.
- Work with customers to resolve technical challenges and ensure successful design-in execution.
What you'll need
- Master's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Physics, or related technical field.
- Over 10 years of experience in power semiconductors and power electronics.
- At least 5 years of experience in product design or development.
- Proficiency in ECAD computer-aided electronics tools such as PSpice, SIMetrix, and Ansys EM and Ansys CFD.
- Communication fluency in English.
