Manage end-to-end delivery of an analog/mixed-signal IP portfolio spanning ADC/DAC, PLL, LDO, sensors, SerDes, and DDR.

About the role

As an MSIP (Analog/Mixed-Signal IP) Program Manager, you will partner directly with Qualcomm’s MSIP teams to plan and deliver a portfolio of analog and mixed-signal IP from concept through production. The portfolio spans IP such as ADC/DAC, PLL, LDO, sensors, SerDes, and DDR used across multiple Qualcomm product lines.

What you'll do

- Own end-to-end program execution for a portfolio of analog/mixed-signal IP from concept through production on advanced nodes. - Partner with technical leads on IP portfolio roadmaps and resource management to support Qualcomm product roadmaps, optimize resourcing, and resolve cross-program conflicts. - Build and maintain integrated schedules, milestones, and dependency plans across architecture, implementation, verification, integration, and release. - Drive alignment on scope, deliverables, and priorities across MSIP teams, SoC programs, and Qualcomm business units. - Track program health, surface gaps early, and drive mitigation and closure with clear owners and dates. - Create concise stakeholder communications, executive-ready readouts, and track program artifacts and documentation.

What you'll need

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. - 4+ years of Program Management or related work experience.

Nice to have

- 5 years of program management (or related) experience, ideally in semiconductor or hardware development. - Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. - PMP certification (or equivalent). - Experience operating in a large, matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders and dependencies. - Proficiency with program management and reporting tools (e.g., Gantt charts, Splunk, ThoughtSpot, Tableau, or Power BI).
