This role involves developing and qualifying advanced MOCVD processes for wide bandgap and high power transistors.
What you'll do
- Develop and qualify advanced MOCVD processes.
- Lead projects focused on epi performance, process control, wafer characterization, and process qualification.
- Produce epi wafers for fab colleagues.
- Interact with process engineering, process integration, and device teams.
- Deliver, sustain, and improve wafer attributes for device performance and yield.
What you'll need
- PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience with compound semiconductor epitaxy process development and/or process engineering.
- Project leadership experience.
Nice to have
- Industry experience with Aixtron MOCVD equipment.
- Experience with SPC, DOE, and/or FMEA.
