About the role
As a Process Engineering Manager, you will manage engineers, plan and execute process engineering projects, and direct hardware characterization on complex systems across an entire product range.
What you'll do
- Manage engineers utilizing techniques to characterize hardware and define new methods and technologies across products. - Plan, manage, and execute process engineering projects and validate process engineering specifications for integrated products. - Interact with key customers to resolve complex process engineering issues. - Develop and implement new technology, products, and analytical instrumentation. - Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, and resolve complex process engineering issues. - Generate internal and external product documentation, technical reports, and presentations for integrated products.
What you'll need
- In-depth technical understanding of process engineering concepts, theories, and principles. - Experience managing engineering teams and adapting operational plans and priorities. - Experience conducting hardware characterization on complex systems. - Demonstrated experience performing root cause analysis to resolve complex technical and operational problems. - Track record of defining and implementing process engineering methodologies and validating specifications for integrated products.
