This role operates equipment dedicated to semiconductor and System-in-Package (SiP) manufacturing processes. Operations support NTI development and utilize advanced MES support across the complete equipment set.

- Operate equipment dedicated to semiconductor and System-in-Package (SiP) manufacturing processes. - Support NTI development by adapting to dynamic manufacturing requirements. - Support manufacturing needs with the ability to operate the complete equipment set, facilitated by advanced MES support. - Implement continuous improvement and lean principles to optimize workflow.
What you'll need
- Ability to work a compressed workweek following a weekly alternating 4x12 and 3x12 night shift schedule (9pm – 9am). - Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary organization by communicating effectively with supervisors, engineers, and maintenance personnel. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
