About the role
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair assembly equipment at the Richardson, TX assembly facility.
What you'll do
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on assembly equipment such as Datacon die attach, K&S wirebond, Disco saws, and ASM SMT equipment.
- Assist with equipment installation, de-installation, and moves.
- Work closely with process engineers and operators within the factory.
- Assist in LEAN activities including organization, 5S, and continuous improvement.
- Work a compressed work week schedule supporting a facility that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
What you'll need
- Related Associate Degree or equivalent military experience.
- Hands-on ability troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to spend large amounts of time working in a cleanroom environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in a similar equipment technician role.
