About the role
This role assists in overseeing and maintaining production processes within the Microscopy Department.
What you'll do
- Assist in overseeing and maintaining production processes within the Microscopy Department.
- Manage preparation tasks of coupons for analysis, including coating, cleaving, and mounting of samples.
- Review instruction documentation to confirm analysis locations and specifications.
- Act as a liaison between the Microscopy Operations and Production Control teams.
- Provide feedback on systems and work towards continuous improvement.
What you'll need
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to be detail-oriented, patient, organized, and accountable.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to lift ~25 lbs.
- Fluent English.
Nice to have
- Customer service or sales experience.
- Experience in a laboratory setting (chemical, medical, cleanroom).
- Experience in cleaving Si <100> and <110> wafer/dies.
- Experience creating SOPs or similar guiding documents for professional use.
- Experience in a Quality Control role.
- Experience either leading or being part of the roll out of new professional initiatives.
