About the role
This role is responsible for driving business growth within Teradyne’s Nextest Division by developing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities across global markets.
What you'll do
- Lead customer engagement at both engineering and business levels to build long-term relationships. - Develop and execute account strategies in close collaboration with regional and global Sales teams. - Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through a structured discovery process. - Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Field Applications, partners, and customers to drive opportunities to successful close. - Build win-win scenarios that align customer needs with Nextest and partner capabilities while managing initiatives across global time zones.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or related field OR equivalent experience with a strong business background. - 8–12+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor test, semiconductor industry, or related business development roles. - Proven experience selling semiconductor test equipment and supporting global customers. - Demonstrated “design-in” business development track record. - Strong program and project management experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple time zones. - Willingness to travel internationally up to 30%.

- Salesforce proficiency. - Mandarin language capability.
