About the role
Ricursive Intelligence is seeking a Member of Technical Staff - SWE Infrastructure to lead the productization and reliability of core systems for AI research applied to chip design.
What you'll do
- Architect and own the productization of AI research workflows for chip design. - Own the full development lifecycle, spanning regression testing frameworks to cloud-scale infrastructure. - Build and maintain integration and deployment pipelines (CI/CD) and automated deployment tooling. - Establish regression testing and quality control processes to ensure systems remain reliable, reproducible, and performant. - Design and scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of software infrastructure engineering experience. - Deep hands-on expertise in production-grade systems, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD). - Demonstrated experience building regression testing frameworks and quality control tooling. - Practical experience designing and operating distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
Nice to have
- 7+ years of infrastructure engineering experience. - Experience with large-scale cloud infrastructure.
