About the role
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will process and resolve mechanical problems, design custom mechanical tooling, and enable the handling of parts throughout the product life cycle. This role supports equipment definition and system integration activities for 300mm platforms.
What you'll do
- Maintain system specifications and engineering documentation
- Support tool layout development (floorplans, module placement)
- Assist in mechanical concept development and subsystem integration
- Track design updates, action items, and configuration changes
- Support cross-functional engineering teams in system definition activities
- Oversee manufacturing and installation processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations
What you'll need
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Strong CAD skills (NX or equivalent)
- Highly organized with attention to detail in documentation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice to have
- Internship or academic experience in semiconductor or equipment design
- Exposure to system integration or complex equipment environments
