What you'll do
- Lead the design and development of complex mechanical modules, components, and engineering solutions.
- Define, analyze, and manage design requirements while ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Conduct research, feasibility studies, and technical evaluations to support informed engineering decisions.
- Develop conceptual, preliminary, and detailed designs, including material selection and technical documentation.
- Support system integration, testing, validation, and continuous improvement activities to ensure product quality.
- Identify technical risks, develop creative solutions, and balance quality with timely project delivery.
What you'll need
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical design, product development, or complex engineering systems.
- Experience leading technical projects, subsystems, or module-level design activities.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials, manufacturing processes, and system integration.
- Experience using computer-aided design (CAD) software and engineering analysis tools.
- Experience creating technical specifications, engineering documentation, and design reviews.
- Knowledge of how mechanical systems interact within larger product architectures.
