About the role
This role involves operating production equipment and performing assembly for the ESC operations group at Entegris in Bedford, MA. You will work with automated robots, high vacuum tools, and hydraulic presses.
What you'll do
- Operate automated robots, hydraulic presses, and other production equipment.
- Perform operational checks and preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Operate vacuum systems and other processing tools.
- Set up and de-fixture parts for vacuum and processing operations.
- Perform part assembly and wet etch processes.
- Record work confirmations in SAP and enter inspection/production data in CamLine.
What you'll need
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience.
- Ability to work with chemicals (IPA, Acetone, FeCl, HCL).
- Ability to work in a clean room.
- Computer skills (SAP/CamLine a plus).
- Ability to lift 40lbs and stand for almost an entire shift.
Nice to have
- Machine operation experience.
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in English language to read documentation, communicate, and write.
- Understanding of root cause analysis techniques/concepts.
- Flexibility to be trained and cross-trained in other departments.
