About the role
This role is responsible for the safety-focused disassembly, assembly, and troubleshooting of canisters.
What you'll do
- Disassemble, assemble, and troubleshoot containers in a hazardous chemical environment.
- Follow Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Collaborate with Leadership, Engineering, Quality, and the Safety team to meet production goals.
- Actively seek solutions to problems and share ideas with your team.
- Adapt to change and work under pressure while maintaining focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
What you'll need
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 51lbs daily.
- Ability to perform visual checks and handle highly hazardous material responsibly while wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Ability to attain respirator certification.
Nice to have
- Mechanical and/or technical experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience handling hazardous chemicals.
- Experience in working in an ISO 9000/14000 environment.
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office applications.
- SAP and PLC experience.
