About the role
This role involves direct manufacturing responsibilities combined with team leadership within the DUV Manufacturing organization.
What you'll do
- Supervise and provide daily direction, coaching, and development to approximately 5–9 direct reports.
- Actively participate in assembly, test, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
- Coordinate daily build and test assignments to ensure production schedules are met.
- Partner with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production leadership to resolve challenges.
- Ensure compliance with documented manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Champion Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives, driving efficiency improvements.
What you'll need
- 4+ years of relevant manufacturing, production, or operations experience.
- Prior experience leading teams, projects, or manufacturing work centers.
- Experience in a hands-on manufacturing, assembly, or test environment.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
