About the role
This Co-Op will support manufacturing quality and supplier quality for the Newbury Park Team.
What you'll do
- Work with QA Engineer to help address escapes to assembly/test and offshore bump/probe
- Generate non-conforming material reports (NCMR)
- Perform routine electrostatic discharge (ESD) verification in the cleanroom
- Support process failure mode and effect analysis (PFMEA) reviews
- Work on automation and AI projects
What you'll need
- BS/MS student in computer science, electrical/electronic engineering, or data science
- Interest in the semiconductor industry
- Availability for 6 months, Jan 2027 – June 2027
- Technical skills in automation and AI (e.g., Python, Copilot, LLM)
- Working knowledge of Power BI
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Commitment to working on site for up to six months during the period of January - June 2027
Nice to have
- Background in solid-state physics (p-n junctions, bipolar transistors, MOS/FET/HEMT transistors)
