About the role

Etch Manufacturing is hiring a Manufacturing Program Manager to lead manufacturing and operational initiatives supporting factory execution, organizational priorities, and business objectives.

What you'll do

• Lead manufacturing and operational initiatives across engineering, operations, materials, supply chain, quality, and business teams.
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, action registers, communication plans, tracking charts, and checklists.
• Track milestones, monitor project cost performance, identify gaps, and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Identify risks early, drive mitigation plans, escalate issues appropriately, and facilitate timely decision-making.
• Support factory readiness, process improvements, and strategic manufacturing initiatives while maintaining matrices for process improvements.
• Prepare concise status updates, reports, and recommendations for leadership to provide clear visibility into project progress.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Typically 3-7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing projects or programs in a manufacturing, engineering, operations, or supply chain environment.
• Demonstrated experience building project plans, schedules, and managing cross-functional execution across diverse stakeholders.
• Experience identifying operational risks and executing mitigation plans.

Nice to have

• Semiconductor capital equipment experience.
• Experience working in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, engineering, or quality organizations.
• Familiarity with factory operations and cross-functional execution.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Project management certification or equivalent experience.
