About the role
This role is responsible for developing, optimizing, and supporting wafer-level electrical test and probe operations to ensure high-quality data collection for yield analysis, product characterization, and production test.
What you'll do
- Engineer solutions for testing issues with high-power, high-voltage discrete semiconductor devices on advanced automatic testers.
- Develop, debug, qualify, and deploy test programs.
- Investigate and solve complex issues by designing experiments and analyzing data.
- Support manufacturing and integration teams as front-line defense against yield loss.
- Qualify new tools to expand production capacity and enhance testing abilities.
- Work with global teams on projects.
What you'll need
- Experience in Semiconductor Parametric & Functional Test and Characterization.
- Experience in manufacturing metrics and problem-solving in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with 6-sigma, DOE, FMEA.
