About the role
This role involves picking, inspecting, measuring, and wet etch operations for the build and assembly of products. This position focuses on echucks and other coated products within ESC operations.
What you'll do
- Follow safety best practices and wear PPE on the production floor.
- Perform part assembly and wet etch operations.
- Pick off residue from parts using microscope and hand tools.
- Inspect parts visually and with metrology tools.
- Follow work instructions and fill out work orders and other documentation.
- Perform confirmations using SAP for work done and enter inspection and other production data in Camline.
What you'll need
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience.
- Able to work 3rd Shifts and Overtime including weekends when needed.
- Able to work around chemicals (IPA, Acetone, FeCl, HCL).
- Fluency in English.
- Able to look down into microscope for long durations.
- Ability to work in clean room.
Nice to have
- Machine operation experience.
- Computer Skills (SAP/CamLine a plus).
- Flexibility to be trained and cross trained in other departments.
