Manufacturing Operator (Deposition)

About the role

This role involves depositing film layers onto substrates/wafers according to established manufacturing specifications within Vishay Thin Film.

What you'll do

• Deposit film layers onto substrates/wafers according to established manufacturing specifications.
• Set up and run TM furnace and TCR station.
• Set up and load sputtering equipment for individual film depositing.
• Perform all steps necessary to apply appropriate film specifications.
• Include test coupons in runs, etch gold, and measure before and after heat treat.
• Plasma clean and bake plates when necessary.
• Perform various tasks on the computer, including output tracking, run sheets, and sheet restrictions.

What you'll need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write to understand production documents.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Basic math skills.
• Computer skills.
• Close attention to detail skills.
