About the role
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you are responsible for developing and maintaining methods, operating sequences, and processes in the fabrication of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. Your expertise in lean principles, automation, and continuous improvement will be instrumental in driving operational excellence.
What you'll do
- Lead team in preventative maintenance of process equipment, vacuum chambers.
- Hands-on troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical and system level failures.
- Determine root causes and corrective actions for issues that arise on the floor; perform Process Failure Mode & Effects Analysis.
- Make recommendations for tooling and fixtures to improve process efficiency and quality.
- Develop and maintain all methods, operating sequences, and processes in the fabrication of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
- Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process and equipment improvement.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or System Engineering.
- 4-7 years of experience.
- Demonstrated conceptual knowledge and technical experience for everyday problem-solving on the job.
Nice to have
- Experience in ALD and vacuum process equipment.
- Experience in Laser marking equipment and process.
