About the role
This role involves executing and coordinating electrical and mechanical maintenance activities on handler systems and scanner systems, along with troubleshooting and optimizing contact performance.
What you'll do
- Execute and coordinate electrical and mechanical maintenance activities on handler systems.
- Troubleshoot, repair, adjust, and calibrate handler systems and their components.
- Execute and coordinate electrical and mechanical work on scanner systems, including calibration activities.
- Monitor and optimize contact performance.
- Implement handler conversion kits and upgrades, coordinating with equipment manufacturers.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including preventive maintenance (PM) plans and calibration certificates.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Metrology, or a related engineering field, or relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience in semiconductor manufacturing, backend operations, or test engineering.
- Solid understanding of backend test systems and related production equipment.
- Strong quality mindset and sense of responsibility.
- High level of initiative, dedication, and reliability.
