About the role
Direct and lead a team in daily operations to meet safety, productivity, quality, delivery, and inventory objectives for wafer fabrication. This position is part of the Leadership Team in Lowell, driving continuous improvement and strategic initiatives to achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals.
What you'll do
- Direct and lead a team to make effective decisions for daily operations across safety, productivity, quality, delivery, and inventory. - Create and monitor operations strategic initiatives, build action plans, and align resources to achieve operational targets. - Develop and monitor monthly operating budgets and capital projects. - Ensure all employees understand and comply with standard work policies defined in the Quality Management System. - Identify and solve complex operational and organizational problems to ensure sufficient manufacturing capacity exists for customer commitments. - Lead the operations team with communication and engagement activities as part of the Leadership Team in Lowell.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years' experience or a master’s degree with 5+ years of related experience in a highly regulated industry. - 4+ years of experience managing people. - Experience with Lean Six Sigma operations. - Demonstrated ability to conduct department daily management, set departmental priorities, and provide coaching and performance management. - Proven track record driving continuous improvement and complex problem-solving.
