About the role
This role involves the setup, calibration, and operation of microwave and millimeter-wave test systems in an IC design R&D environment. Responsibilities also include laboratory management, test equipment purchasing, and system maintenance.
What you'll do
- Plan the efficient use of the measurement laboratory and equipment. - Liaise with and advise design and product engineers on test plans. - Set up and calibrate measurement systems for R&D testing. - Assist with making measurements and processing test data. - Assist with IC design troubleshooting. - Manage annual equipment calibration schedules and research/recommend new test equipment purchases.
