About the role

The Product Line Manager (PLM) will manage and support a portfolio of RF/MW Semiconductor RF Diodes, contributing to new product development, product lifecycle management, and factory technical product support within the RF/Microwave Business Unit.

What you'll do

• Manage and support a portfolio of RF/MW Semiconductor RF Diodes.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to develop new products and enhance existing ones.
• Assist in managing the product lifecycle, including concept, design, validation, qualification, production documentation, and NPI.
• Work with Product Marketing to support new product development plans, customer proposals, custom solutions, pricing inputs, and competitive analysis.
• Analyze product yield and prioritize and drive specific yield improvement programs.
• Participate in RMA reviews and support failure analysis activities across relevant teams.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in product management within the RF/Microwave industry.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring, coaching, or providing technical guidance to product engineers or team members.
• Proficiency in using product lifecycle management (PLM) tools and software.
• Proven track record of managing product lines from concept through end-of-life.
• Strong understanding of RF and microwave technologies, including design, development, and application.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or MBA.
