About the role

What you'll do
- Establish and monitor production using metrics and budgets, initiating corrective action as needed.
- Plan and evaluate optimal resource utilization and efficiency of operations to minimize costs and ensure on-time delivery.
- Direct, guide, monitor, and evaluate personnel to accomplish production and supply chain goals consistent with established procedures.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts and projects to refine production methods and processes.
- Identify and pursue new technologies to improve production, cycle time, efficiency, and resource utilization.
- Identify process and quality changes designed to improve manufacturing or department capabilities and drive Lean, Safety, and Quality.
