About the role
This role involves developing and maintaining customer relationships and managing a team of customer engineers in a specific district.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain customer relationships with relevant individuals at all levels.
- Manage, coach, and direct customer engineers in the district.
- Initiate reports and interface with Product Divisions for technical support, training, and spares.
- Monitor the CSD Award Program and the mentor program for new engineers.
- Execute escalation procedures and provide support for system sales to CSD Management and Field Engineering.
- Manage system installation, including planning, reporting, execution, and process support identification.
What you'll need
- Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Proven ability to manage, coach, and direct customer engineers.
- Expertise in initiating business reports and interfacing with Product Divisions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage system installation, including planning and execution.
- Understanding of Fab Ramp planning and management.
