About the role
This role supports operational excellence through data management and cross-functional collaboration across Business Units. You will translate data into actionable insights, ensure clear visibility across ASM’s facilities, and support planning and coordination to keep initiatives on track.
What you'll do
- Program manage and drive cross-functional teams.
- Align Metrology, Process & Wet Bench tools with systems dock dates.
- Analyze installation and qualification data to identify trends, delays, and potential issues.
- Provide support on Product Life Cycle and Tool Governance.
- Drive weekly status meetings with key stakeholders across multiple departments.
- Provide weekly updates to management.
What you'll need
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, analytics, or performance management roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Experience working with cross-regional or global teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
