About the role

This role involves leading the implementation of onsemi strategies and complex programs including acquisition integrations, divestitures, major system implementations, and business process improvements.

What you'll do

• Define and manage program requirements, acceptance criteria, scope changes, and stakeholder expectations.
• Own delivery of agreed business outcomes, scope, schedule, budget, resources, and benefits.
• Translate strategic objectives into executable plans with milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and decision points.
• Lead cross-functional teams and project managers across business and technical disciplines.
• Identify emerging risks and issues, establish mitigation plans, and escalate recommendations.
• Communicate audience-appropriate updates on progress, risks, decisions, and required actions to executives, teams, and external stakeholders.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, science, technology, or a related field.
• 18 years related work experience.
• Minimum five years of project or program management experience or roles with a substantial project management component.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, integrations, divestitures, major systems, or enterprise process improvement.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and comparable planning, collaboration, or work-management tools.
• Know-how in project and program planning, including work breakdowns, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Know-how in risk, requirements, scope, change, budget, resource, and benefits management.
• Know-how in Waterfall, Agile, stage-gate, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Know-how in concise executive status reporting and disciplined meeting and documentation practices.

Nice to have

• MBA in combination with a technical bachelor’s degree.
• Mergers, acquisitions, integration, divestiture, major systems, or enterprise process improvement experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Semiconductor industry experience.
• Broad cross-functional semiconductor manufacturing experience.
