About the role
The Maintenance Technician III performs maintenance and repair of production equipment and facility infrastructure, focusing on equipment reliability, safety, troubleshooting, and process improvement projects.
What you'll do
- Repair blowers, vacuum pumps, augers, gas furnaces, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical components such as contactors, switches, relays, and controllers.
- Support the installation of new equipment, retrofitting of old equipment, and facility capital projects.
- Educate operators to improve day-to-day machine operations and update documents.
- Order parts and build materials list to complete upcoming projects.
What you'll need
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Tech.
- Experience working on large industrial equipment like high-temperature furnaces, rotary piston vacuum pumps, and powder transfer systems.
- Electrical component knowledge to troubleshoot motor starters, relays, pressure switches, and temp controllers.
- Ability to read P&IDs, wiring schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders, and safely lift 50 lbs.
Nice to have
- Basic welding knowledge.
- Experience in working in an ISO 9001/14001/45001 and AS9100 environment.
