What you'll do
- Perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and vendor documents to isolate and repair malfunctions.
- Perform technical tests and experiments for engineering in the wafer fabrication area.
- Monitor, audit, and provide guidance to line operators.
- Test new products and provide technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.
What you'll need
- High School diploma/GED.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Currently enrolled in a Technical Certificate or Associates program in Electrical/Electronic Technology, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Technology, Automated Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, Robotics, Industrial Systems and Controls, or Electromechanical Technology.
- Flexible to work day or night shift, including one weekend shift and holidays.
- Thorough understanding of vacuum, RF, AC/DC, and digital electronic theory.
- Ability to assemble, disassemble, and reassemble complex mechanical assemblies.
