About the role

This role is a senior individual contributor and strategic architect for AMD's enterprise AI solutions portfolio, focused on building the ISV partnership ecosystem and owning the product vision, business case, multi-year roadmap, and lifecycle management for AMD's AI appliance portfolio.

What you'll do

  • Identify unmet enterprise AI pain points and formulate new appliance concepts, defining hardware, software configuration, target use cases, and TCO value.
  • Own the complete product lifecycle for AMD's AI appliance portfolio from inception to market validation, technical development, multi-year roadmap, launch, GTM execution, and channel enablement.
  • Lead channel enablement for AI appliances, including pricing strategy, BOM ownership, route-to-market playbooks, partner training, and co-sell execution with WWT and Arrow.
  • Own AMD's most strategic ISV relationships from executive engagement and joint business planning through co-sell execution, solution certification, and marketing co-investment.
  • Validate ISV software within OEM and OSV ecosystems and on AMD silicon (MI300X, MI325x, MI350) at a strategic level, working with engineering and FAE teams.

What you'll need

  • 6–10 years at the intersection of enterprise technology and strategic partnerships.
  • Experience building partnerships that produced business outcomes and owning a product from idea through market.
  • Executive presence and engineering credibility.
  • Ability to take full ownership of programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (CS, Engineering, Data Science) or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • 6+ years of experience in ISV or technology partner management, technical product management, business development, or ecosystem strategy within enterprise AI, semiconductor, cloud platforms, or enterprise software.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise AI application usage and deployment: LLM inference and fine-tuning, RAG and AI agent architectures, MLOps and model lifecycle management, AI serving frameworks (vLLM, TensorRT, ONNX Runtime), and enterprise AI infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to recognize enterprise pain points and formulate product concepts with experience building the business case, TCO model, and roadmap.
  • Track record of building and scaling strategic ISV partnerships that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Familiarity with the enterprise AI ecosystem (ISVs, OSVs, OEMs, GSIs, and CSPs).
  • MBA.
