About the role
This role leads the implementation of onsemi strategies by managing complex programs such as acquisition integrations, divestitures, major system implementations, and business process improvements.
What you'll do
- Define and manage program requirements, scope changes, and stakeholder expectations throughout the program lifecycle.
- Own delivery of agreed business outcomes, scope, schedule, budget, resources, and benefits.
- Translate strategic objectives into executable plans with milestones, dependencies, critical paths, decision points, and accountable owners.
- Lead cross-functional teams and project managers across business and technical disciplines.
- Identify emerging risks and issues, establish mitigation plans, and escalate with options and recommendations.
- Improve corporate project management processes, standards, tools, and operating practices.
What you'll need
- Experience with mergers, acquisitions, integrations, divestitures, major systems, or enterprise process improvement.
- Project and program planning, including work breakdowns, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and schedules.
- Experience with Risk, requirements, scope, change, budget, resource, and benefits management.
- Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, stage-gate, and hybrid delivery methodologies, tools, and practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, science, technology, or related field and 15 years related work experience.
- Minimum five years of project or program management experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and comparable planning, collaboration, or work-management tools.
Nice to have
- MBA in combination with a technical bachelor’s degree.
- Mergers, acquisitions, integration, divestiture, major systems, or enterprise process improvement experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Semiconductor industry experience.
