[Japan] Project Manager - Kawasaki, Kanagawa, Japan

About the role

In this role, you will work closely with Project Leaders to support the execution, tracking, internal coordination, documentation, and reporting of product development projects. The position supports commercial and public-sector projects centered around silicon-based AI processors and runtime-reconfigurable AI accelerators for edge inference.

What you'll do

- Support Project Leaders in day-to-day project coordination, execution, and progress tracking across Hardware, Software, Architecture, and Business teams. - Maintain and update project schedules, tasks, issues, risks, and action items. - Participate in project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, document action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks. - Organize project information, track progress, and prepare status reports and documentation for Japanese customers. - Support government-related and public-sector projects through coordination, information management, and documentation. - Communicate with overseas teams in English via email and chat as needed.

What you'll need

- Previous experience in project management, PMO, project coordination, or a related role. - Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and managing tasks, information, and follow-up activities. - Native-level Japanese proficiency with strong ability to prepare business documents, reports, and meeting minutes in Japanese. - Ability to read and understand English documents and communicate in English through email and chat at a basic business level. - Comfort working with technical information and communicating effectively with engineering teams.
