About the role
This internship involves contributing to the design infrastructure team by building, configuring, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and implementing features in existing applications.
What you'll do
- Build, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build/test/deploy for design tools and services
- Implement features and enhancements in existing infrastructure applications
- Write and maintain automation scripts for tool flows, data processing, and developer workflows using Python or Ruby
- Contribute to frontend/backend work on internal web apps (Rails, React, SQL integration)
- Reproduce, triage, and fix bugs in released software and support test coverage improvements
- Produce clear how-to guides, runbooks, and onboarding materials for tools and pipelines
What you'll need
- Pursuing BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
- Coursework or hands-on experience in software development or VLSI/SoC design flows
- Familiarity with scripting (Python or Ruby), web frameworks (Rails, React), and SQL databases
- Comfortable with Git, Linux command line, and basic CI systems (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar)
- Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and write clear technical documentation
