About the role
This role involves assisting in people development programs, focusing on the coordination and support of training initiatives.
What you'll do
- Assist in organizing training sessions, including logistics, invites, and attendance tracking.
- Support the preparation of training materials, such as slide formatting and handouts.
- Help update training records and learning trackers (Excel / LMS).
- Assist in consolidating post-training feedback and perform basic analysis.
- Support communication and promote learning programs, including training announcements.
What you'll need
- Currently pursuing a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, English Communication, Management/Development/Training, or equivalent experience.
- Internship/Co-op period of at least 4-6 months.
- Good level of English proficiency (written/verbal).
- Skills in Interpersonal, Presentation, and Teaching.
- Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office, basic analysis).
