About the role
This role supports initiatives to optimize manufacturing and materials processes within a high-tech production environment.
What you'll do
- Work alongside Industrial Engineers, Production managers and Process Engineers to support projects.
- Evaluate current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct time studies and develop capacity models for critical equipment and processes.
- Support daily Gemba walks and improve SOPs.
- Assist with maintaining and updating master data in SAP.
- Participate in projects aimed at reducing cycle time, scrap and improving productivity.
- Use Power BI, Excel, Copilot to build visualization dashboards to translate data into actionable insights.
What you'll need
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with Industrial Engineering concepts and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
- Exposure to Power BI or other data visualization tools.
- Experience with or willingness to leverage Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled productivity tools.
