About the role
This role involves providing technical support for Applied Materials' semiconductor equipment software applications and systems. You will address low-complexity issues and assist field engineers with software troubleshooting.
What you'll do
- Understand and resolve equipment software application and systems issues.
- Provide customer software support via a Software Ticketing system.
- Assist in the analysis of software issues reported by field engineers.
- Align and deliver in line with group objectives.
- Complete all company-level trainings and certifications for product knowledge.
- Familiarize with equipment software documentation and installation/upgrade instructions.
What you'll need
- Ability to understand and resolve equipment software application and systems issues of low complexity.
- Experience providing customer software support.
- Basic understanding of BU product, system software, and software troubleshooting tools.
- Familiarity with equipment software documentation.
- Conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline.
