About the role
This role is responsible for designing reliable power components within GaN technology platforms. The role involves extensive TCAD simulations and physical modeling activities.
What you'll do
- Design reliable and robust power components for GaN technology platforms
- Perform TCAD simulations and support physical modeling activities
- Support technology platform qualification and ensure compliance with internal SOPs
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across multiple functions
- Build effective collaborations with external partners, including academia and vendors
- Contribute to the exchange of technical knowledge and best practices across internal and external networks
- Support project execution through strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving
What you'll need
- Knowledge of problem solving and program management
- Basic inter-functional communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Excellent command of Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Business proficiency in English

- Advanced knowledge of TCAD tools
