This role supports manufacturing operations in Chelmsford, MA, with a focus on ADFED operations by connecting manufacturing and financial data to broader business needs.

What you'll do

• Gather, analyze, reconcile, and interpret data to generate insights that support business and operational decision-making.
• Perform weekly data and reporting activities with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track key metrics, trends, and business performance.
• Support the integrity and effective use of production applications and dashboards during monthly and quarterly close through disciplined checklist execution.
• Identify and support opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and team efficiency.
• Partner with team members and business stakeholders to develop and implement automation and analytics solutions.

What you'll need

• Foundational knowledge of financial analysis, reporting, and business performance measures.
• Experience working with data visualization, reporting, and analytics tools to support business insights.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and draw conclusions.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and 2+ years of related experience.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis.
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with data modeling tools.
• Experience with SAP.
• Experience with QlikView, Tableau, Power BI, Power Query, or similar business intelligence tools.
• Experience with SQL, BigQuery, or other database query languages.
• Experience supporting project management or continuous improvement initiatives.
