Final Visual Inspector
About the role
This role involves performing final visual inspection of thin film circuits in accordance with customer drawings and specifications, and internal workmanship standards.
What you'll do
- Perform accurate visual inspection of thin film circuits.
- Conduct visual inspection to verify fine detail work.
- Package product per specification.
- Perform accurate computer transactions within ERP system and other databases.
- Document and report inspection findings and results.
- Read and interpret acceptable standards and quality requirements.
What you'll need
- 2+ years of visual microscope inspection experience.
- Familiarity with AS9100/ISO9001 and Industry specifications such as MIL Standard and/or IPC.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to sit and inspect product through microscope for up to 8 hours/shift.
- Ability to use and read basic inspection and metrology tools including micrometers and calipers.
- Must be able to read, comprehend, and interpret dimensional drawings.
- Previous experience working in a cleanroom environment.
Nice to have
- Some college coursework.
